  • 125 g all-purpose flour plain flour
  • 25 g corn starch corn flour

Cake Flour

  • Equipment - To make your cake flour you will need, two large mixing bowls and a fine mesh sieve.
  • Making Cake Flour - Add the flour and corn starch to the sieve and sift into the bowl. Use a whisk to mix together. Then repeat into the next bowl. Do this a third time and your cake flour is ready!
