Notes

Adobo sauce - this recipe is typically made with canned Adobo sauce which results in a much spicier sauce. Hey, if that’s your thing go for it! But I’m a “tricky tricky white boy” who can’t handle the heat and so I opted in for chipotle seasoning.
Storage - This Chipotle Mayo can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
Nutrition - is based on per serving. This sauce will be enough for about 8 people. The nutrition in this recipe is based on using adobo paste.
A note on measurements - all ingredients in this recipe are offered in Australian cup measurements and weight measurements. Weight measurements are created by me, in my kitchen here in Melbourne Australia. The best way to get recipe success is to measure ingredients by weight, using kitchen scales.
