Storage
Pico De Galo can be stored in an airtight container and chilled for up to three days.
Tomatoes
Removing the seeds using a spoon is optional, but helps reduce the amount of liquid in the pico de galo resulting in a delicious salsa. I used truss tomatoes, but it’s up to you which ones you use. The sweet variety is best. Just make sure you end up with about 1 cup of cubed tomatoes.
Serve with corn chips!
This is a great recipe if you after something yummy to much on while binging your fave tv show. Serve with salty corn chips. It’s also great in a Greek gyro, or in tacos!
