This delicious Pico De Galo is a delicious tangy chopped veggie delight salsa that can be served on it’s own with corn chips as a snack, or with tacos!
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix! Serve with corn chips.

StoragePico De Galo can be stored in an airtight container and chilled for up to three days.TomatoesRemoving the seeds using a spoon is optional, but helps reduce the amount of liquid in the pico de galo resulting in a delicious salsa. I used truss tomatoes, but it’s up to you which ones you use. The sweet variety is best. Just make sure you end up with about 1 cup of cubed tomatoes.Serve with corn chips!This is a great recipe if you after something yummy to much on while binging your fave tv show. Serve with salty corn chips. It’s also great in a Greek gyro, or in tacos!
