I absolutely love how vibrant and red this sauce is and it’s so easy to make! I also love the perfectly thin but thick consistency.

It’s perfectly sweet and tart but so delicious. You can serve it on
- Ice cream
- Flavor frosting
- Use it in sandwiches
- On toast
- Pancakes
- or drizzled on cupcakes!
What are the ingredients I need for Easy Raspberry Sauce?
Raspberries – I used frozen because they’re cheap, but fresh will work too.
Granulated sugar – you can use caster sugar too if you wish.
Lemon – this helps cut through the sweetness and gives the sauce a longer shelf life.
How to make Easy Raspberry Sauce.
- Making easy raspberry sauce is so quick. Simply pop all the ingredients into a heatproof bowl and mix.
- Microwave for 5 minutes. Run through a fine meshed sieve and allow to cool. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.

Raspberry Sauce
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen raspberries
- 1 cup (210 g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
