Raspberries – I used frozen because they’re cheap, but fresh will work too.
Granulated sugar – you can use caster sugar too if you wish.
Lemon – this helps cut through the sweetness and gives the sauce a longer shelf life.
How to make Easy Raspberry Sauce.

- Making easy raspberry sauce is so quick. Simply pop all the ingredients into a heatproof bowl and mix.
- Microwave for 5 minutes. Run through a fine meshed sieve and allow to cool. Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
